Jumpstart University (JAM U) is a comprehensive collection of classes available to Jumpstart employees. Each class is designed to promote the development of our employees, improve internal communication, professional skills and increase company and industry awareness. By expanding the skill sets of each of our employees, we can improve our current roles and prepare for future opportunities.
Managers are charged with leading our people forward in their careers. Trained managers help our team members improve performance and become more efficient in their daily work. Once a year, our managers take an intensive 3-day training session that teaches them to become more skilled and influential managers, leading to improved efficiency and success both at the individual and organizational level.
From day one, all new employees are immersed into our high performance culture. Over four intensive days, new employees gain an in depth understanding of the tools used throughout the company as well as insight into the history and future of the organization.
