		<description>I had to create a handful of these Cash for Clunkers spots - now that it&#039;s over, I&#039;m feeling the hangover too.  I call quick fixes like the Cash for Clunkers initiative, &quot;keeping your head above water&quot;.  You have to wonder what business would be like for local dealers right now if Cash for Clunkers had never happened.  Slowly gaining momentum, perhaps.  It&#039;s like the difference between healing an injured shoulder the healthy way through exercise or giving it a quick shot of steroids.</description>
